Observed a build up of black debris on the upper edge of the ice bin of the machine. Clean and maintain for next routine inspection.
16 P 4-602.11 (A) (5): (A) EQUIPMENT FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES and UTENSILS shall be cleaned:(5) At any time during the operation when contamination may have occurred.

16 C 4-602.12 (A) (B): (A) The FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES of cooking and baking EQUIPMENT shall be cleaned at least every 24 hours. This section does not apply to hot oil cooking and filtering EQUIPMENT if it is cleaned as specified in Subparagraph 4-602.11(D)(6). (B) The cavities and door seals of microwave ovens shall be cleaned at least every 24 hours by using the manufacturer's recommended cleaning procedure.

37 C 3-302.12: Except for containers holding FOOD that can be readily and unmistakably recognized such as dry pasta, working containers holding FOOD or FOOD ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the FOOD ESTABLISHMENT, such as cooking oils, flour, herbs, potato flakes, salt, spices, and sugar shall be identified with the common name of the FOOD.
Observed sauce bottles without ID labels. Correct for next routine inspection.
38 C 6-501.111 (A) (B) (D): The PREMISES shall be maintained free of insects, rodents, and other pests. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to eliminate their presence on the PREMISES by: (A) Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of FOOD and supplies; (B) Routinely inspecting the PREMISES for evidence of pests; (D) Eliminating harborage conditions.
Observed an accumulation of equipment and stacked items in the back behind the mop bucket area. Organize and remove all unused items so area is visible for next routine inspection.
41 C 3-304.14 (E): (E) Containers of chemical sanitizing solutions specified in Subparagraph (B)(1) of this section in which wet wiping cloths are held between uses shall be stored off the floor and used in a manner that prevents contamination of FOOD, EQUIPMENT.
